Breast Augmentation

Breast augmentation is performed by placing implants (either saline-filled or silicone-gel-filled) beneath the breast, either above or beneath the pectoralis muscle.  Breast Augmentation is performed under general anesthesia in the outpatient surgical suite.  The choice of saline or silicone implants used to shape the breast is determined by patient and doctor, and by the needs of the procedure.
