Combination Mastopexy and Breast Reduction

For some patients with significant breast asymmetry, either as a natural irregular growth of the breasts, or as a result of breast lumpectomy for breast cancer, correction can be obtained by lifting the smaller breast and reducing (and lifting) the larger breast, to achieve an equivalent size and shape of the two breasts.
